Taco Time, yes it is. What a dive. What is the mystery meat in their crisp meat burrito anyways? Hey, did anyone see my chihuahua??

Taco Time serves absolutely the best fast food mexican anywhere. Prices may be slightly higher than John‘s/Bell, but the superior taste makes Taco Time well worth the premium.

I have been eating the crisp meat burritos for 40 years !!! Whenever I come home I stop for 1 or 2 !!! The salsa is pretty good as well !! There other food is good as well, although the quesadilla is not so good. Hands down, best fast food in Ames or just about anywhere.

I love this place! The crisp meat burrito or the chicken soft shell taco are the best! They have a condiment bar so you can mix your own sauce to dip in. The food is always hot and fresh.

Love the salsa verde!!

I decided to try this place out. Its a bit pricier than taco bell or taco johns...dont order the quessadilla though, its so plain. I was disappointed.
