This place is an absolute joke. My husband and I made the mistake of giving them our business. It was the first and last time we will ever do that.
They claim to have authentic New york style pizza. This is a total lie. Having been to NYC myself and experienced their classic pizza for myself I can truthfully vouch that kingpin pizza IS NOT authentic New york style pizza. To give you a good idea of the quality put forth here take a saltine cracker slime a small amount of salty spiceless sauce on it then cover that up with low quality high fat cheese and very sparingly dot it with a topping.
Do not waste your hard earned money at this facility. And if you do please be prepared to place a complaint with an inexperienced, condescending ‘manager‘ whom will make you feel as though he is too good to justify your problem.

My husband and I took my younger brother and cousin there on a saturday night. We didn‘t bowl or do lazer tag because of the high prices-we live 15 minutes from Ames and can pay 2 dollars to bowl (3 for cosmic) in our hometown...I‘m not paying almost 5 dollars per person to bowl or do lazer tag. The games were alright, it would be nice if there was more variety.
We got pizza and drinks and I was not that impressed. The pizza was alright-the service not great. The food is priced kinda high. We stood at the counter until someone finally told us we could sit down that she would help us...yeah, 10 minutes later. There was another family who already had their food and we waited another 10 min for our soda. The waitress wasn‘t very friendly and she stopped by the table only to drop off our food and bill. I would rather drive 3-4 hours to Minnesota for Dave and Buster‘s to be honest.

Talk about false advertising. The website indicates this is New York style pizza. The slices are half the size of a true New York pie, the whole pizza is about half of the size, and the pizza is way to salty. A true New York pizza is typically about $20 with a topping. It is more oblong in shape, and is about 20" in diameter. I paid $20 for a 16" (2 toppings), that could easily be consumed by 2 people. Thought: 2 people eating a New York pizza...Fuhgettaboutit. I think this place must be someone‘s attempt at a joke. A New Yorker‘s private hell, and worthy of two slaps to the mouth.
