Low threat and dirty.... Concur with the trend of reviews about being a crap hole that makes you feel good. A better name for this place is "God‘s Leftovers". If your bucket list includes making it with a 300 pound female schmoo - you find your place. Enough sporadic alternative lifestyles to make you think it could be a gay bar. The funky smell as you enter is also part of the weed out program. The only thing that made me NOT think I was in the bar from the first Star Wars was a Wookie - and that‘s only because I didn‘t have access to the "ladies" room....

Nice place to chill and drink some beer. A little dirty but they have awesome apple pie shots.

The best hole in the wall ever. Prices are cheap. And always a nice freindly people to hang out with.

Who the hell complains about $6 pitchers? This place is cheap, and delivers everything it promises - and nothing it doesn‘t. No frat boys, no sororities, but a veritable cornucopia of corn-fed Iowa girls. As a friend and fellow patron put it, "If I‘m reincarnated as a fat chick, I‘m coming here." Plus-size ladies, you‘re guaranteed to get picked up here. See you next Friday. ;-)

It‘a great place!

Real Dive bar, not a campus bar that tries to be a dive. Fair amount of drunk town residents. Kareoke on some nights, decent song selection but some disks are wore out. Main drawback is the high drink prices. Prices are in line with better maintained joints. Would think that such a dirty dive would have lower prices. Cans of PBR are around $3, pitchers of domestic beer around $6, for example.

I actually like Deano‘s. I am a good looking girl, but I prefer to stay away from the campus town scene. The bar has just regular, nothing special drinks, but they do however, have a fantastic jukebox, with primus and even some Mike Patton stuff! Since music is the key for me, they have it going on. Big booths to just chill and people watch and a pool table, they have what you need. That of course, unless you are looking for easy campus pussy. :)

Dirty hole in the wall. May have the coldest tap beer in town though. Also is the closest thing to a biker bar this town has.
If you ever get depressed and feel like your life is crap, just go here and you will definatly feel better about yourself.

If you want a dive bar where no stupid college boys are going to try to grope you and you can just have a laid back night and maybe talk to some friendly townies, this is a fantastic place.

This place is awesome! If you are filthy or homeless, there is no better place with heat, water, AND beer!
